Online Shopping

In addition to your personal information which we may maintain (with your permission), Grand Organ Productions, LLC offers its customers a gift shop.  Here, you may purchase items, products, and services of our company.  Identity theft is a primary concern for you, and a primary issue for us.

Your shopping cart, and the checkout service will be via “SSL” or Secure Socket Layer.  This is recognized as the most secure transaction format available on the Internet today.  You will know your purchase information is secure when you purchase from Grand Organ Productions, LLC by:

2.                          You will see a gold padlock in the bottom right corner of your web page in your browser.  This symbol is an indication that the access you are using conforms to the https protocol, which is the only acceptable security level for Grand Organ Productions, LLC regarding purchase information for our customers.

3.                          Grand Organ Productions, LLC will cause the background in your web browser address line to turn dark yellow.  This will indicate that a completely secure connection has been achieved.  If any of these features is not in place, please do not complete your purchase, and return to the Gift Shop Shopping Cart, and immediately request assistance from one of our online staff. We will do what we can to correct the situation to your complete safety and satisfaction.

 Grand Organ Productions, LLC is a Paypal trusted partner, and a signatory to the VeriSign™ Security System.  We will never maintain, or sell to any other entity, your personal information.

To protect those customers 13 years of age or younger, we require the completion of a Parent's Agreement to these and other website features prior to accepting payment of any type, or completing any order for our younger customers. This is in accordance with The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) requirements. Grand Organ Productions, LLC fully complies with, and supports this Act. the provisions of this act also refer to any other activities or services offered on this website including (but not limited to) registration for Master Classes, competitions, and/or lectures presented by, or for, Grand Organ Productions, LLC.
