| "To bring to life the excitement of music, and of musicians, through the enjoyment of reading..." (Grand Organ Productions, LLC Mission Statement, 2006) Grand Organ Productions, LLC brings to the internet the combined experience of an entire team of music, educational, and publishing professionals. Begun in 2005, as an offshoot of his first mystery novel series "The Grand Organ Mysteries", this site is the brainchild of M. B. "Bud" Fields, Jr. As the author of the series, Bud felt the need to offer the fans of the characters a place where they could purchase the books in the series, as well as interact with the "characters" on a regular basis. The Gift Shop offers the writings, musical recordings, and other related items from the series, as well as a host of other wonderful items. The site also serves another, and perhaps greater purpose. The site is the home of the living company that supports all activities of the musical and other creative arts we support, and in which we participate. The site will be the official website for the International "Grand Organ Competition". This will be an international organ competition, with the winners receiving a cash prize, recognition in the world-wide organist community, and the opportunity to perform in concert on one of the grand organs featured in the mystery series. These concerts will be recorded, and available on this website. This organization is also proud to bring to it's members, customers, and fans The Online School for Creative Arts (T.O.S.C.A.) The most exciting online adult and student learning site, T.O.S.C.A. provides fee-based studies in Creative Writing, Creative Music, and Creative Faith Studies. Certification and Diplomate programs of study are available at the most reasonable price on the internet today! M. B. "Bud" Fields, Jr. is an internationally known performer, educator, and lecturer. In this, his latest musical endeavor, he adds yet another critical achievement to his long list of accomplishments: Mystery Author. Many of the cast of characters in "The Grand Organ Mysteries" are based, at least in part, on some very real persons who have, for many years, supported not only the world-wide organ music community, but Bud as well with their time, talent, and treasures. Look for feature articles in the near future as we highlight our incredible staff. We hope you will find your way here often, and share with us this truly Grand Adventure! |
